Grill Quick Start Guide:

Please note, this guide is an extrapolation based on general gas grill setup and operation principles. Make sure to refer to the product's user manual for specific instructions.

  1. Light the Grill: Open the lid to prevent gas build-up. Turn on the propane tank. Then turn one burner to high and press the ignition button. If it doesn't light within a few seconds, turn off the gas and wait 5 minutes before trying again.
  2. Preheat the Grill: After lighting, close the lid and let the grill preheat for 10-15 minutes on high before you start cooking. This helps to kill off any bacteria and allows your food to sear properly, locking in juices.
  3. Set the Temperature: Once preheated, set the temperature according to your recipe. The Kirkland Signature 6 Burner Gas Grill likely has multiple control knobs that correspond to different burners, allowing for versatile heat control.
  4. Cook: Place your food on the grill, and use the lid to control temperature and smoke levels. Remember, frequent lid opening can cause heat loss and increase cooking times.
  5. Clean: After each use, clean the grill while it's still warm. Use a grill brush to scrape off residue. Deep clean your grill every few months by removing grates and burners and cleaning them with warm soapy water.
  6. Cover and Store: Once the grill has completely cooled down, cover it to protect it from the elements and prolong its life.

Remember, safety first! Never leave a lit grill unattended and always make sure the gas is turned off when you're finished grilling.
